With a varied exposure to a wide range of technologies I play a key role in diagnosing hardware and software problems and offer quality solutions that meet business objectives. I am skilled in managing networking issues, installing new hardware and addressing user concerns, with the ability to organize and present complex solutions clearly and accurately to non-IT professionals.
